Looper Auction just conducted a very successful estate sale and tool auction on my parents' estate. They have a very professional and thorough process. Zack Looper came out a few weeks before the sale to photograph all the items for his advertisements. The day before the sale, the team came out to organize the items to maximize their chances of selling. The team was back the next day for the sale. To our utter amazement, all but a few odds and ends were left! My siblings and I are thrilled that the house was all but emptied. A job very well done.

When my husband past away I needed to move from the home he had built for us and into a senior apartment complex nearer to my daughter. I wasn't emotionally up to the task of having a big yard sale to get rid of excess junk. I didn't have time or emotional bandwidth to have some sort of yard sale to "rehome" all my excess stuff. And frankly, I didn't want the house to sit empty for months waiting for a real estate agent to sell it. So I called the folks at Looper Auction. Thier slogan is "Sold in 30, paid in 30." Sounded good to me. But really, I think there was some sort of time warp thing, because it was all listed, sold, and finished in slightly less time than that. The folks were so kind and helpful and made it all quite simple. Took such a heavy burden off of my shoulders. And a lot of the final paperwork was able to be done on line. That was a great convenience as I had moved out of state before the actual auction took place. I would HIGHLY recommend Looper auction. They are first caliber pros and very kind and sympathetic when working with folks during in a difficult time.
