This is an all-weather facility and bidding will take place inside a climate-controlled building! Preview for all lots will be available and encouraged before bidding.Â
Consignments will be accepted until Monday, June 2nd @ 4 pm. Â

Item Location: Unless otherwise indicated, all items will be on-site at our lot located at 5701 Alma HWY in Van Buren, Arkansas. Any items sold off-site will be indicated within the description of the lot.Â
Sales tax will be charged at this auction unless the buyer furnishes a resale certificate or other applicable sales tax exemption form.Â

Payment must be made by Tuesday, June. 10th at 5:00 PM and before the removal of any items. You will be asked to produce a paid invoice before the removal of any items. If you are sending someone else to pick up your items, please send them with a paid invoice.Â
Items remaining on-site after 21 days following the date of the auction will be considered abandoned.Â
Titles: If you purchase a titled item, it will be mailed to you within 30 days. Please read the description of any titled lot before placing a bid. Titles will be mailed to the address that the buyer registers under.Â
