This auction will take place at our new permanent facility in Van Buren. This is an all-weather facility and bidding will take place inside a climate-controlled building! Preview for all lots will be available and encouraged before bidding.
We are currently accepting consignments until Monday, December 1st, at 4:00 PM.

Item Location: Unless otherwise indicated, all items will be on-site at our lot located at 5701 Alma HWY in Van Buren, Arkansas. Any items sold off-site will be indicated within the description of the lot.
Sales tax will be charged at this auction unless the buyer furnishes a resale certificate or other applicable sales tax exemption form.

ALL ITEMS ARE SOLD AS-IS WITH NO GUARANTIES OF ANY KIND. Items will be described as accurately as possible. There are no warranties or guarantees as to year, make, model, serial, number, condition, or performance. Buyer is strongly encouraged to inspect items before placing any bids. All announcements day of sale superseded any printed material.
Payment must be made by Tuesday, Dec. 9th at 5:00 PM and before the removal of any items. You will be asked to produce a paid invoice before the removal of any items. If you are sending someone else to pick up your items, please send them with a paid invoice.
Items remaining on-site after 21 days following the auction date will be considered abandoned, and a storage fee of $25 per day will be applied. Items remaining on-site until our next quarterly auction will be sold with no reserve, and storage fees will be deducted from the sales price.
Titles: If you purchase a titled item, it will be mailed to you within 30-45 days. Please read the description of any titled lot before placing a bid. Titles will be sent to the address that the buyer registers under.
This auction permits bids to be placed by the auctioneer, an employee of the auctioneer, or the seller or an agent on the seller’s behalf. In accordance with UCC 2-328.
