We finally auctioned off my mom’s house and contents. Took 2 years to get to this point. Mom didn’t like to throw anything away. It felt overwhelming. But Shawn Looper came in and didn’t even flinch. Gave me an auction date and took care of the rest. I encourage you to give them a call. Great people and a great company!

I’m very pleased to recommend Looper Auction & Realty! I had a wonderful experience using them for the sale of my dear country house and 1.88 acres. Zack was professional yet friendly, organized, listened to my needs, answered all of my questions and phone calls, provided me with clear details about the steps we would take, thoroughly advertised, then sold my house for a good profit! Many thanks!

Awesome experience with folks who really care! They arranged everything, auctioned it all off, cleaned up before leaving, and handed over check on same day! Couldn't have asked for a smoother day! Garry Webb

If we could give them 10 STARS we would🤩This was a sale of our Moms home of over 80 years where our parents raised their three daughters. What could have been an emotional process was handled with soft, gentle hands. The Loopers were so professional, honest and made us feel like we’d known them for a long time. The sell went smoothly, the advertising was great and we highly recommend this company when needing a home sold. Thanks Looper Auction

I loved working with the Loopers. I was told I might get 220,000 by a real estate but the Loopers got me 295,000. They were always there to answer my questions

The Luper family and their great team had an auction and sold all of my company assets at incredibly fair prices for myself and the buyers. It was my first time to auction, so they really walked me through it. From the owners to the yard personnel they always made me feel welcome. And then at the end , I got a big , fat check. I have some commercial property out at Chaffee Crossing that they will be handling in a not so distant future. LOOPERS THE NO NONSENCE LIQUIDATORS. Signed....Steve Dawson.

Shawn and his team are top notch! They are so professional and efficient. Additionally, they are completely honest and upfront. Integrity seems to be increasingly rare these days, but you don't have to worry about that with Looper. Shawn and his team remember that it's about people first. They made auctioning my brother’s home a breeze. I’m in one state and his house is in a different one. Didn’t have to be there for the auction and didn’t have to be at closing because the closing company used a mobile notary sent to my home.

Working with Looper Auction & Realty was a truly positive experience from beginning to end. We had a wide variety of items to sell — Household to yard/farm equipment. Their team handled everything with care, professionalism, and expertise. They took the time to understand our needs, organized the auction seamlessly, and marketed it in a way that brought in strong interest and excellent results. What stood out most was their genuine commitment to doing right by their clients. They were always accessible, patient with our questions, and kept us informed every step of the way. It’s rare to find a company that combines deep knowledge of the auction process with such a personal and respectful approach. We are deeply grateful for their hard work and highly recommend Looper Auction & Realty to anyone looking for trustworthy, high-quality service. Robin Moore and Family

Looper Auction just conducted a very successful estate sale and tool auction on my parents' estate. They have a very professional and thorough process. Zack Looper came out a few weeks before the sale to photograph all the items for his advertisements. The day before the sale, the team came out to organize the items to maximize their chances of selling. The team was back the next day for the sale. To our utter amazement, all but a few odds and ends were left! My siblings and I are thrilled that the house was all but emptied. A job very well done.
